The FIRM offers not only the best classes around, but also a free weight gym for you to use, included in your membership!<br />
As long as the studio is open, the weight gym is too! Burn some of those extra calories using one of our cardio machines, or do your own workout using our barbells and dumbbells!<br />
Not sure what do to? Personal Training is the way to go! Ask about our personal training packages and see what one-on-one training can do for you!</p>

<p align="justify"><strong>Aerobic Weight Training (AWT)</strong><br />
    The FIRM&#8217;s signature class and the most effective, AWT delivers a combination total-body workout that blasts fat and reshapes your body like no other workout can&mdash;in fact, it burns up to three times more fat than cardio alone. Upper body and lower body moves are sequenced in an alternating pattern to improve cardiovascular fitness and burn fat while you shape lean muscles. Intensity can be varied with weight and range of motion modifications, as suggested by the class Instructor, to make it a great class for all levels of fitness. Make this class part of your exercise program and you will get visible results in 10 workouts or less. That&#8217;s our guarantee! </p>

<p align="justify"> <strong>FIRM Cardio (FC)</strong><br />
    We offer FIRM Cardio as a supplement to The FIRM&#8217;s primary workout, AWT. Because your muscles need time to rest and rejuvenate between weight workouts, you should alternate AWT or BS with FIRM Cardio, a sustained calorie-burning workout. A variety of energizing segments alternating between low-impact, high-impact, step, and light weight routines add interest, allow you to work at multiple intensity levels for maximum calorie burn during and after the workout, and make the time fly by. FIRM Cardio concludes with core exercises and a stretch.</p>
<p align="justify"> <strong>Body Shaping  (BS)</strong><br />
    Body Shaping is available for multiple purposes.    First, it allows you a focused total body sculpting workout without any cardio intervals if you want to pay special attention to adding lean, calorie-burning muscle to your physique. Second, the class is divided between a standing and a floor workout to offer a variety of effective muscle shaping exercises with different fitness tools. Finally, it includes an extended stretch at the end of the class to ensure you are also improving your flexibility as you sculpt muscle and burn fat.</p>

<p>    Boot Camp Cardio Express is a 30 minute version of our Boot Camp Cardio class. With mixed intensity intervals, you set your own pace to get the desired workout for you. Join us for a quick calorie blast and see results in no time!</p>

<p>This 30 minute express workout combines compound movements using kettlebells and short cardio bursts.  If you’re short on time, but still want a total-body workout, Kettlebell Cardio is your solution! Come and see what you can do in 30 minutes. You will be surprised!</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Total Body Circuit (TBC)</strong></p>
<p>Total Body Circuit is an interval based class for your entire body! Get leaner and stronger going at YOUR pace. An hour long class, TBC focuses on weight training and cardio intervals moving at your desired pace. No keeping up with the Instructor or the music! Perfect for beginners, this class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and melt fat, as YOU decide what pace you need. Come and check it out!</p>

<p>     FIRM Yoga offers everyone the chance to practice Yoga whether you are a novice or have been practicing for years. An athletic form of Yoga, FIRM Yoga focuses on the breath, safe alignment of the joints and spine, strength and flexibility, and balance. This class is suitable for all levels.</p>
